Cancellation Policy

We understand that it is a very important for you to select a suitable dress for the special occasion. However, our dresses are hand-sewn by tailors, the materials could not be reused after we start to arrange tailoring process for you. There is still time to change your mind after placing your order, please pay attention to our cancellation policy below:


  • If you have not paid for your order, there is no need to contact us to cancel it. We do not start processing orders until a full payment has been received.
  • Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Orders cancelled within 12 to 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund including full shipping cost and 80% of the product price.
  • Orders cancelled within 24 to 72 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund including full shipping cost and 50% of the product price.
  • Orders cancelled within 72 to 120 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund including full shipping cost and 30% of the product price.
  • Orders cancelled beyond 120 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund of full shipping cost only.
  • Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
